Ok, I cant seem to install OS X on my PC

The specs are:

MotherBoard - Asrock N61P-S
CPU - AMD Athlon 5000+ Dual Core 2.66GHz, 3.06GHz Over Clocked
Ram - 2gb DDR2 Ram
Graphics - Onboard
Hard Drive - Western digital 500gb sata (and sata DVD Rom)

Also, What would be the best Distro, I have them all burnt onto a DVD
