Please help me......to install iatkos5i
i install with P4, it works really well. I just recently update to intel E6550 core 2 duo, installed oki but it got shutdown problem, when shutdown it shows multi languaes and just sit there.
So, please someone help me how to install with duo core cpu, i select the same as P4, plus speedstep.

With core 2 duo you dont need patched kernel man, dont select any kernel it will install vanilla. You can also read about this distro here, good luck

Ok this is the basic:
Intel chipsets have more chance for success.
- Main System
- PC EFI V9 Bootloader
- One of the Decrypters
- One of the SMBIOS Enablers
Dont need to select any kernel cuz it will install stock kernel, I mean Vanilla :/

So it works without selecting any kernel, i can shutdown now but one more thing thoug. I can not boot regular, i have to cpus=1 in order to boot. I cant log in to page u gave me i will sign up later.
Anyways, is there a way to boot normally? How do i do for mac to support core 2 duo? Please help.....

its asrock wolfdale 1333-667, intel E6550 cpu. IDE HDD, IDE DVD burner, 2GB DDR2-667
I just want to add what i selected: main system, EFI V9, AppleDecrypt, SMbios-EFI, APIC, Disabler, OHR, GMA950 b, intel SATA, intel speedstep a (do i need to select this?).

Well iphonegreek you have 2 options:
1- Mod your BIOS like me, if you wanna MOD, here is your BIOS MOD
2- Install retail, you need to use a whole disk for it, and read about DSDT Patch and Chamaleon with DSDT override
