Hi.



I have a Toshiba Tecra A2 with the 80 GB HDD and a pentium m 1.8 GHz processor.



I followed a guide i found on the internet on how to update kalyway from 10.5.2 to 10.5.6.

The one where you use universal installer and osx86tools.

The main update installation went well, and when i got to the darwin boot prompt, it showed it had installed the Chameleon bootloader (PLCIEFI V9), so i booted with the -f -v prompt.

It loads all kernels, but after loading the kexts and goes into booting the system up, it just comes up with a blank screen.



if i boot with -f, it loads the kexts, then comes up with the white apple screen, but there is no spinning circle thing under the apple.

It just freezes.

Help?



Could it be to do with installing pci efi v9?

BTW i am using Darwin 9.02 ToH Kalyway 10.5.2 before update.
