Exclamation OS X Installer reocuring after completed install??

I have a custom built desktop computer with a intel core duo. I originally used a matrox graphics card when I was running windows. But I have a rather weird question; after I have installed the OS X Leoperd onto my 300GB SATA HD it asks me to restart my computer. So I do with the boot disc still in my computer. I ran again from the DVD and it just restarts the whole process all over again. I tried reinstalling it again and running without the DVD in but it just loops the intel logo screen as if nothing is on my drive? As you can see I am very new to this but I don't want to go back to windows; please help?....

I forgot to tell you that i have 2 hard drives plugged in when i installed OS X Leoperd. I have unplugged it now but would it change anything if it's unplugged? The installer sees it but it doesnt do anything, its my backup drive.

Im no expert with this, but I set up Easy bcd for windows, its a boot manager and i pointed it to a partition on my external hard drive and told it was a os x system,i then installed iatikos v5 ans selected correct drivers and once that installed on reboot i ejected the dvd and my boot manager gives me the options of windows 7 or os x.Every thing works really well apart from my wifi but my ethernet work so i can live with it.hope this helps.
