    Default Noob Guide

I'm a COMPLETE noob when it comes to putting Leopard on a non-Apple computer. I'm not a noob at all though when it comes to computers (both windows and mac os x).

Can someone point me in the direction on how to put Leopard on a pc? Is there a "beginner's guide"? Thanks.

not as much as a beginners guide, but i would suggest reading the Sticks: Computability / Issues / Distributions so you can get the right Distro to use.

Can you post the specification of the machine you want to use:

I am a complete newbie also (not to computers, but to hackintosh stuff). If there is an FAQ somewhere around here, or a link to more guides, I'd be grateful. Or if anyone just has any advice they feel like tossing my way.

I have a spare hard drive so I'm thinking of just installing on that instead of trying to dual boot. I've had my main hard drive wiped three times in the past year because of various difficulties and upgrades, and I'm scared to mess with it.

    My system is:
2.13ghz Intel dual core, 1066MHz FSB
    4gb RAM at 800mhz
    Windows XP SP3
    Nvidia Geforce 9600GT, 512mb RAM

How might dual booting work if I put my mac installation on a spare hard drive?
