I have been trying to install iDeneb 10.5.6 v1.3 - no havent tried v1.4 yet.

But here's my prob:

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core TK-55
video: GForce Go 7150m
HD: 160Gb
Puter: HP Pavilion DV6500

When I go to format a partition using Disk Utility,
NONE of my partitions show up int he list on the left hand side...
NO Hard drive nothing...

When I go into termainal and use: diskutil list
All it shows is the DVD.

Vista would not let me partition, so I used a secondary app to do this.

I tried installing with the partition "unallocated".

I then formatted the partition HFS+

again...still didn't detect it.

Please Help!

I'm using a p5q deluxe
an older 80 gig dell hard drive pulled out of a dell 3100

my hard drive won't detect too.
same problem it only sees the disc.

should the drive be formatted to ntfs or something?
