    Question New - Asus G1S

    Hi,
    I'm new one and I just want to try install OSX on my Asus G1S.
    Could you tell me how to do that?
    I try to install iDeneb, but it always fail on reboot (just freeze on first screen after install).

    Some info about G1S:
    CPU: C2D 7300
    Motherboard: ?
    Chipset: PM965 (North: 82801HBM)
    VGA: NVidia GF8600GT
    WiFi: Intel WiFi 4965AGN
    LAN: Realtek RTL8168/8111
    Camera: D-Max GD-5A35

    Could you help me?

    Try enable Sata AHCI Support, enable XD Bit, and disable onboard stuff like lan and audio, and try again, if it doesnt boot then try this:

    When darwin appear type:
    cpus=1 -v
    HP Pavilion Elite m9250f
    Snow Leopard 10.6.6, Asus IPIBL-LB MOD BIOS, Intel Quad Core Q6600, 4GB RAM (800mhz), 2x500GB, nVidia 8600GT (Works), ALC888S (Works), Wireless RT73 (Works), LAN (Works) - How to Install - Blog - Hardware Combos - FAQ by TJ2K7

    This can be after installation, darwin will be the 1st screen you see when leopard going to boot, its like MS-DOS, appear like a counter with 10 seconds, Press F8 and type:
    cpus=1 -v

    The only way I make work iDeneb 10.5.5 on my G1S is modifiing BIOS.

    cpus=1 - didn't help me

    Well you didnt post your mobo, so.. like me MOD was the opcion, these days you dont it, with DSDT Patcher and Retail, anyway good to hear it
