anyway lol:
i put in disk and restart / boot from disk
and u guessed it darwin loads up then it restarts Great.
i am 99.9% its something with my bios but it might not be lol
iv tryed all the codes after pressing f8 it just keeps on restarting it doesnt even get to the apple logo screen ;l
so can somebody plz reply in detail the BIOS requirements what i should and shouldnt do and the popular causesof this error.

Err, explain about BIOS, they all are differents :/ but try to disable onboard stuff like lan and audio, check if you have AHCI support and enable it, cuz this is amd you need a patched kernel like voodoo or speedstep, and AMD patch.
