I am having a kernel panic with my laptop..

I hav installed iDeneb 1.4 and kernel Voodoo Kernel 9.5.0

try installing using one of the other kernels

i have tried using other kernels...still its on working,,,i hav tired 9.2 and 9.2.2 also

still kernel panic @ acpi

do me a favor and run CPUID CPU-Z and copy over the log it saves so we can see every lil device lol you said youre trying to use ideneb 1.4 correct?

Did you try with another distro? whats your laptop model? you should try with voodoo, and maybe try using cpus=1 -x and report back

My Laptop is Dell Studio XPS 16

I have tried iAtkos and now downloading iPC

I have also tried cpus=1 -x

but same error...now i am installing iDeneb again...with some different patches.. hope it works

Did you research your video card? I think theres no support for that :/ check netkas site or the HCL

alright...so you mean to say the problem is my graphics card.... now i am installing with no drivers for my graphic card... is there any means that i can install Mac OS.. which distro or what settings will work.. need your help
