I downloaded the kalyway 10.5.2 dvd iso with it came some files that says

folder:
ADD_KEXT_TO_DVD

in it has a natit.kext folder
in that is contents, in there is MacOS and Resources folders and a Info.plist file

What do I do with them and how.. I think I need to migrate them into the iso before burning I am guessing, how do I do this correctly?
