Kalyway leopard on Intel Desktop Board DG31PR

Hi All

I downloaded the Kalyway leopard and burned it and tried to boot from the disk but I am getting boot failure error message. My mother board is Intel Desktop Board DG31PR and BIOS version is PRG31100H.

Please post your full specs, what error did you get?

The error message is : no bootable medium found.

My spec : Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2 GB Ram, Nvida Quadro FX 1500, On board sound card, Giga bit realtek ether net.

Seems like bad burn ;P did you try to burn it again? another brand maybe, remember that you have to burn it in low speed

What program did you use to burn the boot image and what speed, if you use nero you get a strange error (i forgot what it was), but if you burn the image at your lowest speed and still get the error you cn still boot from that dvd...go figure

I used nero with low speed, then maybe is bad iso man, try to download another one or the same one, check the official site from each distro, always check if the MD5 Checksum file match ;P

I burned DVD on a MAC PRO using Toast. I tried the DVD on the same machine its working fine.

LOL well he cheats xD, we all here use windows to burn those ISOs ;p did you try with another iso then? try to burn using another computer ;P

just windows?, why not a version of linux? i use mandriva on a lot of occasions for random burns that are real bit**y about being burnt, LOL
