Installing OSX86 in an Asus A6JA - I'm lost :(
Hello!
I've got an Asus A6JA with the following specs:
Centrino Core Duo 2300
chipset Intel 945PM
512/1024 Mb DDR2 RAM
80 Gb HD
15,4 TFT WXGA (1280x800/1650x1000)
ATI Mobility RADEON X1600 256Mb
AUDIO: Realtek ALC880 (same as Intel HighDef)
LAN: Realtek RTL8168/8111
WIFI: Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG
HD: FUJITSU MHV2100AT PL
Got iPC 10.5.6 running, installed OSX using the "Customize" screen with the following selected:
Kernels => 9.5.0 Voodoo Kernel
VideoDrivers => LaptopDisplay
Chipset => ??? (no idea what to select here)
Audio => ALC880
Ethernet Drivers => Realtek R1000
Wireless Drivers => Intel PROSet/Wireless 3945
Fixes and Patches => Seatbelt.kext 10.5.5
Applications => everything checked
Installation runs smooth but the first time I boot (with -v -f cpus=1 flags) I just get a cluttered, distorted screen, cannot read a thing (as I said, installation runs smooth though...)
Any ideas?
