Hello,

I am completely new to hackintosh and osx86, but i understand some things.
now, i've downloaded ideneb v1.4 and burned it to a dvd
when i try to install it on my system, it seems to stop responding

I have an AMD processor, so i have selected the voodoo kernel (first without, second with the amd patch) and some other drivers, but at some point the graphics of the process-bar freeze, and the pc stops reading from the disk (the light is off)...

so i wondered if my system is capable of this, and if maybe i am doing something wrong.

My system setup is:
AMD athlon 3800+ x64 processor
MSI K8N motherboard with a Nvidia NForce4 chipset
2 GHz RAM
NVidia GeForce 8600 GTS graphics card

did you try with kalyway or another one?
