Hi, i want to install hackintosh how do i do it?

My computer specs:

Motherboard: ASUS P5K-SE
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 @3.0Ghz
Memory: 3GB DDR2 800mhz
Graphic: NVIDIA 8600GT 256MB
Network: Atheros L1 Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Base-T Controller

I custom build this computer.

I already have iATKOS_5i dvd it its 2.63GB. And it comes with something call mD5, may i also know what is it?
