installed os x but stuck at apple logo at boot
Hey all, I'm a bit new to this forum so I hope someone can help me out.
I have downloaded iDeneb v1.4 10.5.6 for Intel/AMD (Mac OSx86 Leopard).
I have successfully installed it on my pc after some bios tweaks that took a while to figure out.
Now the problem I'm having is that after the installation is done and I restart the PC, mac is stuck at the apple logo, no HDD activity, no nothing.
I have disabled Marver and FireWire, set my SATA HDDs to AHCI in the bios. Haven't tried anything else but just that.
My PC Specs are:
Asus P5Q-Pro
E6600 @ 2.4HGz
XFX 8800GT Alpha Dog (OCed)
2x Seagate SATA2 HDDs
That's just the basic PC info, if you need more and if you need any more information about anything, do let me know.
Thanks.

I had a look at the second link. Looks like I will have to try and flash my bios a bit, tho I really don't want to mess around with bios like that.
Also forgot to mention that I have 4GB of RAM, Kingston 800MHz
I will do the bios thing and report back asap.

Ok update:
I have flashed my BIOS with one of the firmwares provided on the other forum you linked to.
I have installed os x again on another partition and now it does want to boot, I do see that loading thing under the apple logo but then for some weird reason my screen just goes into power saving mode and I see nothing. I assume os x is actually booting up now, just screen goes off...
Any ideas?
Thanks.
