Hi Hackintosh community! Im new here but have a few questions

I recently inherited a laptop from my older sister because she got a new macbook. The Laptop is a generic brand but from what i can gather it has the following components.

Intel Processor
PRO/Wireless 4965 AG or AGN Network Connection
Netlink BCM5906
Intel 82801H (ICH8 Family) HD Audio Controller
GM965 Graphics

I downloaded a copy of iATKOS v7 and the install goes great but then when it boots up for the first time i recieve the grey apple logo and then the system reboots instantly. Im all sorts of confused and any help would be appreciated.
