I have been trying to install Leopard on my PC for quite sometime and so far, I have not been having any luck. First I tried SnowOSX and that wouldn't boot. However, i have recently downloaded "Kalyway_10.5.2_DVD_Intel_Amd" and have had some sort of luck. First I downloaded this file and then burned the ISO to a DVD. Started up on my PC perfectly. First off, I formated the whole disk and made sure I set the partition to GUI. Then the disk preforms some sort of "disk verification." I cannot get passed this part without an error message so usually I just skip it and go ahead with the installation. The installation gets pretty far (only 8 minutes left). Then I get a message that says "Install Failed: The installer could not validate the contents of the 'iTunes' package." Not sure why this is a big limiting factor that doesn't let the whole system install. I have tried 4 or 5 times now and every time the same thing. I have repaired disk permissions and everything. I have read around and some people have had similar problems and they say that their disk must be corrupt and they should burn a new one. I COULD do that but I dont want to waste another disk again. Not sure how the disk could be corrupt anyways because i burned it on the slowest settings and everything was successful. I have an HP Pavilion 2005 XP Media Center Edition, 524 Intel Pentium 4 processor, 1gb RAM, Integrated ATI RADEON XPRESS 250 graphics. Any help would be great!
