Ok so I have an HP dv6275us laptop. I also have an old 30gb iPod Video. I have my iPod Video connected to my laptop from the Apple USB Cord. When I first booted the iDeneb disk I went to the Disk Utility and erased the iPod partition and changed it to OS X Extended Journaled. That went without error. Then after that I went through all the steps needed to install (by the way there was no screen to choose drivers!). Now it's been stuck at 8 minutes remaining for about 45 minutes. When I open the Installer Log it says that the pkgExtracter is currently extracting files. Is it actually stuck or is it still installing?! I was thinking the problem MIGHT be with the iPod, I really am not sure though because this is only my second time to try to install OS X on a PC.
