Hi, I'm a newbie and i tried the search function, didn't seem to help so here goes.

I have successfully installed OSX (iDeneb) on my machine:


Core 2 Q 9450
Asus P5E3 Deluxe
4gig Patriot DDR3
160gig Seagate Sata
ATI HD 2400 pro


The only patches I have applied during the install are the HD 2400 pro driver is the Intel ICHx patch.

Here is the problem, I can only run in Graphics Mode (1024x768). If I select the prober HD 2400 pro driver during the installation using the patches package I get all the way through the install until the system reboots, at roughly the point where the OS gathers user information etc my screen goes all messed up. Completely unreadable.

I've tried using VGA, HDMI and DVI. If I do the installation without specifying any video driver everything loads fine, only at 1024x768 with an unknown video card.

Any suggestions?
