So i tried a windows patcher that i got following your sig, from here.I tried beta5 but there re some options i dont get.Example i have no idea whats the hardware location for my nvidia 8800 gts or the hardware location for my onboard network card. And i m supposed to check ioreg for that info, but since i m on windows,no luck again.Should i just leave it blank? Will it be ok?
I wanna at least have the right options checked before flashing a custom bios
    Thanx for your replies!
Link a copy of your ioreg and I'll help you out with it.
Though, last i recall, and I not 100% sure some had trouble overclocking with that patcher. You also need efi-9? that supports dsdt.aml booting.

I recommend fassl first to see if it fixed your problem, then Was going to go from there.

Ι m on windows and ioreg is working only in macs(correct me if i m wrong) so no luck.Is there a way to get the info ioreg provides,in windows?Say dxdiag command or a tool like everest?
Efi 9 would be great if its possible to get it to work.
Overclockability is not a issue at this point,i ll stick to the default values if thats what it takes to get it to work.

I might suggest making a dual boot so you can fix OSX from transmac if needed

I fyou can get to the OSX Darwin Boot prompt, Hit F8, then type cpus=1 -v -f
if osx boots, open terminal and type ioreg, copy that in to a .txt file for me.
