I have installed iDeneb 1.3 (OSX 10.5.5) and when it boots it displays only blue screen and mouse pointer (which I can move but there is copy of mouse pointer left on the screen on its initial position).

I have tried booting with -x parameter (Safe mode) and it boots fine. I am writing this in safe mode.

I am new to Mac so I was wondering where can I see boot log to determine what is the problem.

I have the same problem with IATKOS 10.5.5. instalation.

On the other hand JAS 10.5.4 works fine.

Oh, my hadware configuration is:

Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R motherobard.
Intel 2,4 GHz quad core
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 3850

I have figured this out!

I had to change my Intel Serial ATA conttroler settings in bios to "IDE mode" in order to boot from installation DVD. But i had to change it back to AHCI in order to boot Mac OS.
