Well, with no help yet, ive decided to write here again. Maybe the reason that no one tries to help me is lack of info. If i have missed any information that is a need for you to help me, pls tell me about it so i can add it.
I will try to show you my full process:
1. Burning the iAtkos v7 to a DVD using imgburn.
I have checked the MD5 and it matches the img-file.
2. Choosing the hardware for a dedicated Hackingtosh PC.
I took what i had and wants to try this and succeed before i buy parts to make this dedicated PC better for my use.
System info:
CPU=P4 2,2Ghz,
HDD=40gb IDE disk,
RAM=1024mb DDR 2,
Graphic card=nVidia GeForce MX 440 64mb
3. Mac OS X 10.5.7 using iAtkos v7 with Chameleon v2 bootloader.
I have read many tutorials for many systems and i have decided one config that i belive would fit my system.
(Useing verbose startup (-v))
Selecting ready, erased partition, named MacOSX
This is the only partition of the disk and its the only disk in the PC.
Customization:
√ iATKOS v7 Main System
- Bootloader
__√ Chameleon v2
-X86 Patches
__√ /Extra directory (Have no RAID)
__- Decrypters
____√ AppleDecrypt
__- Kernel
____√ 9.7.0 Kernel voodoo (Since i dont have a i7 CPU)
__- ACPI
____√ x86 ACPI (Still no vanilla compatible CPU)
__√ Disabler (This one im not sure about. I dont know if i have got this wrong but i should have this option if i wanna update with Apple Software update? But if i have a non compatible CPU, i should not have this option?)
__√ Remove TyMCE (I have tried this on and off. How do i know that its a kernel panic?)
__- Drivers
____- Network
______- Wired
________- Realtek
__________√ Realtek RTL8139
Ready to install
Select Install
The installer finishes the installation and then reboot.
4. Booting Mac OS X 10.5.7 using Chameleon v2 bootloader.
This is where the problems are. When i tries to boot it its restarting itself over and over.
I have tried flags like -v, -x, -s, -F and no one works. Still rebooting.
Pls help me on this one! I am a noob when it comes to Mac systems but i will understand you when trying to help me, if you have that in mind. Im a skilled programmer and hacker but this is a thing that im not experienced at.
Thx
