iAtkos v7 on i7 920 p6t (plain) nvdia gtx275 [Solved]
Thank you for this awesome work.I am begging for some help because i cannot get my set to work. Here's my story:
I am using iAtkos v7 that i have burned on a DVD.
My bios settings are:
AHCI for instalation and after i have tried IDE (Enhanced and Compatible)
Number of cores 1
Controller: tried both ACHI and Default
Regarding my hard disk configuration:
I have 1 hd 500 mb partitioned 200 for windows 7 and 300 for files
2nd hd 500 mb full of files
3rd hd western digital 1,5 tb partitioned 200 for mac osx and 1.3 tb for files/movies etc.
I am installing in the 3rd drive
i boot with busratio=20 cpus=1 -v for iatkos setup
i am using disk uttility to format the partition to mac extended journaled
I am choosing chameleon v 9.7 as my bootloader
appledecrypt as by default
drivers vga nvdia 2xx enabler efi
realtek lan for wired network
and the rest as they are by default
the instalation finishes with no errors
When i boot chameleon loads and promts me to choose the drive
If i just choose the drive and proceed i am getting an apple logo with a sign of stop on top.
I know that can mean everything
so i am starting with busratio=20 cpus=1 -v -x
Depending on my driver choices and my bios storage settings im getting different errors and hangs.
if i use different display enabler (natit) i get an error regarding the display and the system hangs after a while
if i leave wired network unchecked i get an error regarding my lan
if i use the driver config that i write above system hangs when reading my storage devices.
Is there anyone that can tell me the precise driver/kext , loader etc configuration i should choose for my setup? It is extremely difficult to debug with so many parameters. Please if someone got it working i would apreciate it greatly if he could share.
Thank you very much
Solved the issue
and thats all
the first boot is a pain in the ass
but then u fix the cores and u re fast like 30 secs
