iATKOS v5i - Can't Sleep
I was able to install iATKOS v5i (OSX v10.5.5) onto my Toshiba Qosmio X300-01U. My install involved the default settings WITH the inclusion of the x86 APCI driver.
The only issue now is i am unable to Sleep or Hibernate. Restart and Shutdown work fine. I've navigated to Energy Saver >> Options but there is no option to "Restart Automatically". I've also checked "sudo pmset -g" and nothing metioned there either about autorestart.
When i attempt to sleep, the laptop does fade to a black screen but all the lights are on and the fan still runs. I get the impression it is just blanking the screen. When i attempt to wake it up (push the power button or keys) nothing happens. I have to perform a cold boot just to return to OSX.
Why am i unable to restart/hibernate? Perhaps the default BIOS settings within iATKOS was wrong or maybe a special kext i should use?
My video: nVidia 9700M GTS. I am using OSX 10.5.6 after an update but Sleep/Hibernate has never worked even under 10.5.5.
Thanks.
