iATKOS stops after typing in "-v" AKA "EBIOS read error
I'm using iATKOS to form a dual boot. I've paritioned my hard drive and burned the iso, after booting I hit "F8", and when propted I enter "-v"
Apparently this is supposed to result in a long scrolling wall of text, but all I get is system information:
Darwin/x86 boot v5.0.132 - Chameleon v1.0.11
Build Date: 2008-06-09 2:12:22
4091MB memory
VESA v3.0 14 MB (NVIDIA)
Loading Darwin/x86
Loading Kernel mach_kernel
Loading HFS+ file: [mach_kernell] from 4230480.
Loading HFS+ file: [mach_kernell] from 4230480.
LoadDrivers: Loading from [/System/Libary/Extensions/mkext] from 4230480
LoadDrivers: Loading from [/System/Libary/Extensions/mkext] from 4230480
---EBIOS read error: Device Timeout
-----Block 4175104 Sectors 64
After this "EBIOS read error: Device Timeout" and "Block 4175104 Sectors 64" just repeats itself
Since this is my first time installing Mac OS on a PC (But not my first dual boot, I'm talking about you 'ol pal, Ubuntu) I'm quite sure what I'm doing with iATKOS.
If you know any alternates to iATKOS I'm willing to listen.
For what it's worth, this is my system:
4GB DDR3 RAM
2.23 GHz Dual Core Intel CPU
300 GB 7200 RPM HDD
1GB nVidia GeForce 9800 GTS
