Just downloaded the latest version of i-tunes onto the computer, and tried to connect my i-phone to sync. and download, but it keeps saying as follows " the i-phone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run i-tunes installer to remove itunes, then install again"
I have tried uninstalling and installing again, but the same thing happens, when I connect my i-phone 2g to the computer i-tunes does not recognise the phone.
