    Default HP G6065EA no Hard drive

    hi ppl, i have a HP G6065EA laptop with an

    AMDx2 turion tk-57 processor,
    nvidia nforce 610 chipset,
    atheros AR5007 wifi card,
    geforce 7000m graphics card and
    conexant HD audio sound card..

    i am trying to install mac OS on my laptop, i am using "iDeneb_v1.4_10.5.6" and it all appears to be going fine untill the installation gets to the part when you have to chose where to install leopard, i open disk utility and it scans for disk drives and finds nothing, i would have thought it was a bios problem but the bios on my laptop has VERY limited options and all you can change is the boot order and the dedicated video memory size.

    the hard drive is a "wdc wd1600bevs-60rst0"

    iv have posted all the info i can think off, if any more is needed just reply .. any help would be appreciated

    Did you try to boot in force mode? or try with this flag

    rd=disk0s1

    rd= This parameter state what is the boot disk to use (instead of using the boot menu appearing before the prompt) you state the drive and partition in here: diskXsY where X stands for the disk number (first disk, usually primary master in IDE or SATA) 0 second disk is 1 etc.) and Y stands for the partition on that disk starting with 1 as the first partition.
