HP DV5 1160ew any solution ??
I have HP Dv5 1160ew. I try to install Mac OS X ( iDeneb 1.4 and iAtkos i5)but I can't.When I boot with -v parametr and got error:firewire determinate to security-mode etc.
still waiting for root.
My bios is lock and I don't have option to change from sata to ata. I plugin external HDD but not result.
I saw on the wiki osx86 somebody have hp dv5 1128 and he was successful insatll mac os. The specification is very similar.
How he do this?

yes I try but it doesn't work.Customize? hmm... I download image idebeb 1.4 and burn on dvd. I do nothing with this image.
i can't add/delete patches in customize because my instalation stuck in booting. When i run without -v parametr, i have logo apple and the end

Oh I see, I tho you got the installation, and you dont get any error? same thing with both? have to try with another distro maybe kalyway or leo4all if they dont boot, maybe your lappy is not compatible :/
You can try other flags like cpus=1 -v -x- f

firewire? disable in Bios!
if it is blocked...find out where is the boards battery and remove it for a day..no power....you will reset the Bios..it will loose its saved settings...
