    Default how to install snow leopard without using double layer DVD ie via External HDD

    Hi Folks
    I got an image of leopard for X64 Architecture.My Lap has it all SSE 2 and 3.
    The image is 6gb + in size. I cannot burn it onto a regular 4.7 GB DVD.
    My PC Does not recognize a DVD RW DL + R type - the only 1 I have . Also I dont have hack in tosh installed on any other computer. So I cannot find any relevant tutorials
    What I have a 32 Gb USB HDD of which some 22 Gb is used up.
    So I used a partition manager and created a new partition of 10 gb and made it active.
    Question :
    How do I burn the image onto a 10 gb partition and can I make my PC boot from that 2nd Partition. This way I dont really ruin my Previous used data.
    Well tried to open the .img file with isobuster - and it gave a bunch of .mov .vob etc files. Now none of these are really movie files. I open a small one in hex and it has gotten some code with apple and c++ stuff in it . So assuming its a real one.
    Any ideas would be appreciated.
    BTW the file came with a tool called usb_it.exe. I dont know how the heck I should be using that .

    Default

    You're going to need to make it bootable;

    Tutorial for XP
    Tutorial for Vista/7

    Instead of putting Windows 7 files, just put OSX files instead.
