BIOS Mods are board specific you can't use one unless your board is an exact match! Doing so will usually brick your board leaving you with a paper weight . If your PC is an HP e9120f your BIOS is M2N78-LA so not the same as the Pavilions listed here. I usually don't do this but if you want me to take a look send me a pm with your dump (BIOS). To dump your BIOS download AFUWIN afuwin.rar . Run the 32bit or 64bit depending on what your running then hit save. Did your PC come with Windows 7? If not make sure your not using any loaders when dumping your BIOS. Also a few post up tells you your other option incase you don't want to go the BIOS way. Hope this helps and welcome to Hackint0sh .

Thank you I got so much helpful info from this topic. My computer is a M9340f and I just installed everything working with iPC 10.5.6 I'll be writing up a little guide later for people with the same computer. I just wanted to thank you guys! I have one question though I used the wireless driver rt2860 (I'm currently connected wirelessly) but I don't want to have to use the ralink wireless utilitly cardbuspci app thing that stays in the dock. I'm just not sure how to set up the networks with-ought in the control panel. Any ideas guys?

Depends on what BIOS mod you used.
