Ethernet
I got the ethernet working, (i upgraded to snow leopard, so if you have it the process is similar but different)
1) search for the Intel82566MM.kext (or the 64 bit version if you have snow)
2) open and edit the boot.plist by adding the dev id to the list (mine was 0x294c8086)
3) save, exit out of the kext, and then copy System/Library/Extensions/IONetworking.kext to the desktop.
4)open it, and go to the contents/plugins folder.
5)copy the modified Intel82566MM.kext to the floder, and close out all windows.
6) copy the modified IONetworking.kext back to System/Library/Extensions/ overwriting the existing one.
7) heres where it gets tricky. you will get several errors, so do not click ok until you run these commands for each error. The errors will give you a file name. for each filename you must run these two commands
sudo chown -R root:wheel "filepath/filename"
sudo chmod -R 755 "filepath/filename"
This repairs permissions and unix file properties. if there are any /Extra/Extensions folders, this kext must be placed in them too otherwise they wont load. (the /Extra/Extensions folder is usually for a chameleon boot loader)

Theres 2 ways, one Install retail and use DSDT patch to get all your cores working or Flash your BIOS.
Note: if your going to flash ur bios do not use Windows Seven. Try WinXP Live or DOS
