Try to disable HT feature in your BIOS and try again

Did you ever get your P4P800SE working. I'm having a similar problem trying to install JaS 10.5.4

P4P800SE working for me now.
OSx86 is up and running! It took a weekend of reboots with Kalyway 10.5.1 and an afternoon of reboots on iATKOS to get to this point so hopefully this saves time for someone.
Originally my machine rebooted on Kalyway with no clear indication why with -f -v options. Changing kernel config options at install had no effect.
Eventually I downloaded iATKOS 10.5.5 as I saw on osx86 wiki folks had good luck with it. Unfortunately the details were lacking! This is what worked for me.
BIOS Options:
SATA Enhanced Mode
USB Legacy Support Disabled In an earlier edit of this I posted USB was not working. After following the BIOS change at InfiniteMac Wiki: Known Issues it now works!
Did not have to disable hyperthreading on the processor.
During configuration at install keep the items that are selected by default:
iATKOS v5i main system
Bootloader - PCI EFI v9
Decrypters - Apple Decrypt
SMBIOS drivers - SMBIOS Enablers - SMBIOS EFI
Disabler.kext
Additionally, the following options needed to be selected:
Kernel - 9.2.0 ToH It seems the most important thing as it's an older model CPU/mobo is to enable the ToH kernel. You will have resets otherwise. Vanilla kernel won't run.
NVidia -nVInject I'm running an older model 5xxx NVIDIA card
Marvell Yukon 88E8001 Built in networking worked the first time the machine booted!
Intel SATA Adds support for ICHR5 chipset on this board. This seems to get the DVD writer, and SATA drives working after the BIOS setting for SATA drives is set to Enhanced.
PS/2 mouse and keyboard This is a must if you don't have USB keyboard and mouse. I learned this the hard way by having to reinstall yet again. But it comes with a warning:
Driver for PS/2 keyboard and mouse. For ACPI diver version 1.2.1 I advise you to use 'x86 ACPI' driver instead of this ps2 driver, or use USB keyboard and mouse for OS X. You will need to change the AppleACPIPlatform dependency line to upcoming acpi version in existing ACPIPS2Nub.kext Info.plust before applying the update. Otherwise, ps2 devices may not work after the update. You will not need to do this if you are using x86 ACPI driver or if you have USB mouse/keyboard. Huh???
I ignored this warning. I don't plan to update software for now. Also, USB didn't initially work for me until I discovered the BIOS tweak.
Hope that helps get you started. Now with USB, this is really fantastic!
There was an issue of DVD movie playback not working.
