Message for Slinger2G
Thank you very much for your grub-dfe.
It worked the first time (i have tried several variants out there) and i was able to install retail OSx 10.5.0 on an external usb sata drive on my Sony Vaio sz38gp_c.
As a first install, i must say i am very happy with the results.
Thinks not working are built in keyboard, trackpad, wifi, sound, graphics card (wrong resolution of 1024x768) and ethernet.
i would appreciate if any members or yourself can point me to the relevant kexts.
Also is it possible to put your grub-dfe on a partition in the same hard disk as the mac osx so as not to require a cd to boot??
I would love to hear your comments and suggestions on the matter..
thanks a million for the grub-dfe... wonderful stuff
