alright now i can keep it running in safe mode. flagged the partition. however, i get reboot loops if i don't boot into safe mode. I dont get any panics that i can see in the darwin boot. So Im thinking its video drivers? Also safe mode crashes when I try to view About This mac & if I try to run chess.

Alrighty! I can get it to boot fine now I just can't select any higher video resolution than 1024.. So which drivers would I need for a BFG Geforce 7600 512 AGP??

UPDATE!
Used ToH, iAKTOS latest, and followed that NVInject device/vender ID setup and now almost everything is working! I'm using that project KX audio driver and sometimes it gets poppy/staticy. I'm not sure what is up with that. Now I'm on to getting the wifi card to work..

Couldn't really find anything to make that netgear wifi card to work so I dug around the closet for a ethernet card. Ended up reinstalling with this config:

iAKTOS 5
ToH 9.2.0 Kernel Patch
Chameleon boot loader
AGP Patch
NVInject (No Efi strings...this would result in k panics)
Selected all of the Network Driver options
Then left everything else stock for the installer.
After install I manually blessed my main partition for booting.
In single user mode I had to reset the root password.
In single user I used the VI editor (im cruel to my self) in root mode to edit the nvidia/nvinject files with device & vendor IDs.
Once I was fully booted into OSX I installed the KX audio project drivers for my sound blaster card. (No popping or static with latest version!)
Networking worked right away.
