    aja after installation try cpus=1 -v, if it get stuck or you get any error post back, you post a photo... btw if it doesnt work you better try with ideneb or iPC cuz... with laptops iAtkos seems to be a pain in the arse.

    Not worry your lappy is compatible... or everything in your specs seems compatible ;P

    still the same, the screen show me this things and stopped there for an hour and more than that. Just can't make it right. I think it's the hard disk problem.

    I have a Compaq C500 laptop. Like you, I tried many options and could not get 10.5.6 running. The option that worked for me was to enable SATA mode in the BIOS. I dual boot XP, and XP would not run on my laptop unless I disabled SATA mode. 10.5.1 would run with SATA disabled, but 10.5.6 would not.

    Your solution might lie in enabling SATA mode in your BIOS.

    If nothing work, try using another distro like ideneb or iPC
