I tried many version Kalyway 10.5.2, iDeneb 1.3 10.5.5, ToH RC2 but got the same problem

I used mach_kernel, itried vanilla, sleep, speedstep too but got the same

It's your onboard LAN! Disable your onboard LAN in the BIOS and you should be up and running my friend!
I have the EXACT same motherboard, and until 5 minutes ago I had exactly the same problem. Now I'm in OS X with no problems! (except finding a fix for the LAN or an alternate way of getting online! hehe)
