What options do you use to install OSX in VMWare? There's no "OSX" option to configure it?

VMWare is a virtual machine. Basically it's a program that emulates an operating system. So your computer could be running Windows XP and then you can run the VMWare program and have a "virtual instance" of another operating system running.

You need some specific settings however, to install Leopard as a virtual machine

You can try. Some distros are better than others but you'll need to figure out what installation settings to use
