Formatting a partition with iPC?
Hello! I think I have a simple problem: I want to format a partition on my hard drive, which has 2 partitions. One for XP, and on the other I plan to install Leopard with iPC. If an install fails or something goes wrong with the installation, I simply format the partition, (Zero out Data) and try the install again. The problem comes in here: the install is successful, but after boot up I get a "boot0:error" message instead of the bootloader. I think it is happening because I erase the partition improperly. What is the proper way to format a mac partition with Disk Utility?
Thanks in advance, motionman95!

I had to same problem at first but what solved it was installing xp first with just one partition and the rest as unallocated space. And then in xp I used a partition tool called easeus(freeware) to make my partitions and then i installed iPc which did the trick.
Good luck!

Explain what you mean when you say "make my partitions".
