Default A few questions regarding 10.5.7 (how do you know if both cores are working... ?

Everything is running great on my computer but I hate having to type in cpus=1.
What is the fix for this problem in 10.5.7

Also how can I see if both of my cores are working in 10.5.7 ?

Is there a hardware tester to make sure all of my hardware is being fully utilized?

Also my ram is 800mhz but in my device profiler it shows up as 667 any ideas?

If you need to type cpus=1 you aren't using all cores just 1. The fix for this (for me atleast) was modifying the bios, and changing some settings inside the bios. I had the link somewhere but i cant find it anymore ill give it to you when i find it XD
EDIT: Oh didnt expect to find it this fast link to bios modding http://www.osxcores.site50.net/products.htm and the second thing i did was turning off virtualization and Hyperthreading. Hope it works for you
