    Good job

Go to /S/L/E (/System/Library/Extensions) and you'll see all the kexts with ATI, just make a folder in desktop and put in there (move them out of /S/L/E), just in case you need it back.
In that /S/L/E, there is a Cache folder, delete everything in it. In /S/L there is a file named Extensions.mkext, delete that as well.

Go to Utilities, open disk utility, select your OSX volume and perform disk permission repair.

Reboot with -f to force cache rebuilt.

Alright, so if you're back to where it was, means that you've got most of it except the video? If so then very good job.

I was on the look for it but did not have much time today.

Are you having problem with solution? For temporary usage you can set correct solution first while searching for that driver. Just without the kext it's hard to watch DVD, video playing, and some software required 3D, but should be totally usable until then. If lucky, we run to it in no time, if not then, well, a while.

Tell me about your iPhone SDK, I thought it requires SL 10.6.2 or newer?

Oh, need this to look for it though.
To Utilities, to System Profiler, there you'll see all hardware device and ID that OSX recognizes.

Look at Graphics/Display. It should tell the manufacturer, model number, device ID of your video card (along with any kext, if it is QE/CI supported).

Those info numbers are what needed to search for the correct kext.

Well, if there is none then it's no kexts
But we will look for it later, sometimes google won't come up with much specially OSX, you know.
Take your time and look. I give some web site to go for a search.

For now, do you want to change resolution, if so, then try this boot option
By now you're an expert on these options and installation, right
I've never learned so much about OS in such short time until playing with OSX.

    "Graphics Mode"="1800x1200x32"

That is with the quote and change the number to your desired for the first 2, the last 32 is bit depth, so leave it there. Let me know if this code works.
