Hi guys - I'm a noob at this. Friend gave me the idea of installing OS X on my Intel rig, so I downloaded iDeneb 10.5.5. System specs are:

Dell Inspiron 530
Intel Q6600 (2.4Ghz Quad, 8MB L2 cache)
7 gig 5300U DDR2 (667)
2x500gb
standard DVD/RW drive
nVidia GeForce 9600GT w/ 512

So I get to the first screen where the Darwin bootloader is going... and it gives me an EBIOS read error?

I'm lost... anyone have any advice?

I have same problem. I have Dell Latitude D610. And I'm not able to pass the booting part as this EBIOS read error keeps on popping-up and my laptop just reboot and loops back up to this error part.

Any help or hint will be highly appreciated.
