Default Dual Booting with RAID0 Configuration

I have an HP Elite and have been soaking up all the info I can from this install thread, but RAID info seems a bit tricky to find and I may have a special case, who knows.

I've currently got 4 drives configured in a RAID0 config, and I'm wondering if I should just get a 5th drive on which to run OSX? Or is the drive configuration something that's done at the MoBo level? I figure it's definately not possible to run OSX on the four drives alongside vista.

So, what are my options here? I intent to keep the RAID0 on my vista install. Thanks

Get another drive to install OSX there.
The additional drive can be configured as "NOT" part of the existing Raid.

the drive configuration is done at the raid controller rom bios level.

Sounds simple enough. Do I just designate each drive as their required configuration? As in keep RAID drives as such, and make the new drive AHCI?

And I'd do that in the bios, you're saying?
