I am going to say put in XP cd and fix the boot partition for Windows (Repair Windows Install). Download EasyBCD. Install EBCD in Windows. There is a tab on EasyBCD that allows you to add boot files to the Windows boot partition; add OSX X86 boot partition. Then you should be able to get to both upon boot.

There are specific tutorials on the EasyBCD site that will tell you all about the specifics of adding boot files with EasyBCD. Hope this helps.
