dual boot help
Okay, so I'm trying to install iDeneb while keeping Vista.
I cut off a 100gb space for the ideneb install, the only problem is I don't really know what I'm doing...
I used disk management and shrunk my old volume (named 'OS', I assume it's the part of the hard disk that vista is using) so that there was 100gb free of unpartitioned space. I don't know how to format this for mac, and when i load up the ideneb disc it gets to the page that says "Where do you want to install ideneb?" and there are no options available for me to choose from.
Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong?

I got this from another thread. Hope it helps
Once it is loaded your going to press continue a few times then click the "Utilities" tab at the top menu, then "Disk utility"
Now your going to click on your hard drive on the left (not the greyed out partitions under it) and then to the right click "partition".
Select your desired name and partitions for your hard drive, then click options and select Guid. ONLY IF YOU ARE SINGLE BOOTING THIS MAC INSTALL , otherwise if you are dual booting then select MBR (Master boot record)
