I found many tutorials and distribution, but i am very noob on mac os (not on computer).

Anyone nice guy can help me ? Which distribution chose and Which tutorial must i use ?

Intel core 2 duo E6700
Motherboard Asus P5NESLI (chipset Nvidia nforce 650 Sli)
graphic card : Geforce 8800 GTS 640 Mo
