Hey Guys,
searching for years now (it take me from time to time to try it ) for na distribution für my laptop. But my chipset, graphics etc still doesnt seam to be supported, perhaps you can get me a clue?

Acer Extensa 4010
CPU: AMD Mobile Sempron 1800 Mhz (supporting SSE,SSE2,SSE3)
Chipset: ATI RS482M/RS485M
Southbridge/ HDD-Controller: ATI SB450
Graphics: ATI Radeon X300 (Or compatibel, according to the stickers it's an Radeon 1100)
Sound: some realtek-device - anyway not very important
WLAN: Atheros AR5007EG
Network: Realtek RTL8139 (also not very important; just need one network device, wether it's now WLAN or LAN is optional quality)

Someone has any idea? It's for my laptop, so i'm disposed to experiment if you have idea's - IF you have ideas. I really would like to have OS X running on it because a real MacBook is not in my price range - i'm student *meh* and this is an 250$-device which i got allready used year's ago...
