Yet i have used the hackintosh community tutorials to great suscess in

• dell inspirion 6400 hackintosh
  ipod touch 32gb jailbreak

i found very usful tutorials in both fields and i have learned much in comuters, and operatings systems in general , from before hand having no idea how to use a computer without windows vista.

not a pro, not incompetent either, learned few terminal, ms doss commands


Now im a happy owner of a dell xps one a2010

ive been down the route of using the kallaway10.5.2 disk, yet it freezes on loading up all the text kernels before the installer screen comes up.

would a sata hdd be responsible

ive got a sceencap of my system propites, can you recomend an installation pakcages, or any adjustments i should make to the bios

after research and hunting i have managed to boot my pc up with jas 10.5.4, by selecting all the acpi fixes in the customization menu,

i can boot up all the kexts until i hit a snag with the ati hd Mobility randon 2400 card.

there is no current support of this card, but it is my final hurdle before working a hackintosh

I'm planning on trying to accomplish this as well. Any updates on your hackintosh'd XPS one? Do you know if it is possible to install a Snow Leopard release on it?
