I did a search and nothing came up...I just want to know if my laptop is compatible with hackint0sh, and if it is, how should I approach the install (I hear it's different for different systems)

Best bet is to check the OSX86 blog for compatibility. Google it and you should find it. Or you can google the words "hackintosh compatibility" and see what it gives you. The site should come up then you can go to it freely and see what other folks have done and whether they have had any success.
