    Default Dell d620

    Please can someone help!

Installed XxX_x86_10.5.6_Install_Disc_Universal_Final on my laptop. everything went well until the reboot where I was faced with a black screen. I attached an external monitor and hit fn+f8. Everything looked good on the monitor! fn+f8 again and my laptop got the focus but the resolution was distorted and hard to see fn+f8 again and back on the monitor with the same distorted image.

When I intalled XxX I chose a few different video drivers each time and they all give me this same problem.

I don't want to have to use an external monitor everytime I want to use my MAC image. Does anyone know how to get round this problem or point me in the right direction.

    PS
    My video card = Intel 945GM - GMA950

    Thanks

Did you try without installing video drivers? or booting in safe mode?
