I had an apple leopard 10.5 installation dvd which perfectly installed on my previos pc
core 2 duo e4500 2.2ghz
gigabyte 945 motherboard
2 gb ddr2 667 mhz

now i upgraded my pc to
core i3 cpu 540 3.06ghz
gigabyte h55m-s2 motherboard
4gb kingston ddr3 ram 1333mhz
nvidia graphic card 9600gt

now when i boot from my apple leopard 10.5 dvd
an apple logo appears and then my pc shuts down and restarts

what could be the problem?
